#BoulderUnleashed – Jake Boulder returns in The Kindred Killers to investigate harrowing murders committed for sickening racist motives
If you have read the first instalment in the Jake Boulder series – WATCHING THE BODIES – you will, no doubt, have wished for more! The good news is: the next instalment is coming soon – it will be published by Bloodhound Books on September 12th. I’m very excited to show you the fabulous cover, I love it!
A Jake Boulder Thriller #2
Jake Boulder’s help is requested by his best friend, Alfonse, when his cousin is crucified and burned alive along with his wife and children. As Boulder tries to track the heinous killer, a young woman is abducted. Soon her body is discovered and Boulder realises both murders have something unusual in common.
With virtually no leads for Boulder to follow, he strives to find a way to get a clue as to the killer’s identity. But is he hunting for one killer or more?
After a young couple are snatched in the middle of the night the case takes a brutal turn. When the FBI are invited to help with the case, Boulder finds himself warned off the investigation. When gruesome, and incendiary, footage from a mobile phone is sent to all the major US News outlets and the pressure to find those responsible for the crimes mounts. But with the authorities against him can Boulder catch the killer before it’s too late?
Jake Boulder is an ex-Glaswegian who works as a doorman at a Utah rock bar in Casperton and constantly finds himself hunting killers. His best friend, Private Investigator, Alphonse, often asks Jakes to help investigate his cases. then there is the Casperton Police: Lieutenant Farrage, not overly furnished in the brain department and the Head of the Police, Chief Watson who more often than once realises the only way to solve his cases is to cooperate with Jake Boulder!

A few quotes rom my review of THE KINDRED KILLERS – to be posted on September 17th, my day on the blog tour:
“An engrossing and gripping thriller”
“Unleash the Boulder, that is how we welcome each new instalment in Graham Smith’s spellbinding Jake Boulder series and in this book, we want, no NEED him to be unleashed and lethal!”
Graham Smith is married with a young son. A time served joiner he has built bridges, houses, dug drains and slated roofs to make ends meet. Since Christmas 2000 he has been the manager of a hotel and wedding venue near Gretna Green, Scotland. An avid fan of crime fiction since being given one of Enid Blyton’s Famous Five books at the age of eight and making the usual progression through the Hardy Boys to adult novels. Since 2009, he has been a regular reviewer and interviewer for the well-respected website Crimesquad.com. Graham Smith considers writing “to be the most infuriatingly rewarding hobby imaginable” although he is well aware, in his own words, he is “the stenographer for the voices in his head.” Graham Smith is the founder of Crime and Publishment, crime-writing masterclasses which are held annually at the hotel he manages, The Mill Forge, resulting already in six attendees having gone on to sign publishing contracts.
